 | This make two day-late updates in a row now, I'm sorry... To be honest, I just took a nap that lasted longer than I thought it would be so I ended up sleeping way past midnight :') Thanks to that, I decided to just post the update this morning instead since I knew I would still be awake and also because I knew I wouldn't have time to do it later tonight if I ended up taking another mid-day nap and had to post it then. In case anyone might be wondering, updates will still continue to be scheduled for Mondays and if I do end up changing the schedule again, the most likely new date would be Wednesdays but again, I'll make an announcement if I decide to switch! SITE MILESTONESNow onto the rest of the update~ As promised, we have a new milestone to celebrate SPARKLING!'s 1st Half Anniversary on July 10th, as we have now been opened for a whole 6 months - so everyone can take the milestone below as long as you joined before today! Site Milestones (2026-07-14): ev-1sthalfanniversary We will also be sending out a freebie of 60 random cards, 7 ribbons, and 10 EXP to all members currently active or on hiatus after this update!! This note will be edited once we've finished sending out the freebies to everyone and a notice will be posted on Discord as well so please do not contact us to ask if they have been sent out yet or not until after you see an announcement saying so. TCG NEWSThere's not much to report on today besides game-related updates which I'll cover after this, but I did want to mention that Candidate Photos (formerly known as "ID Photos") for participants in the Sparkling Senbatsu Election have finally been made and can be picked up here if you haven't yet!REGARDING RETIRED MEMBERS' PRODUCER CARDSI had someone ask me about what to do with Producer Cards for retired members as well as members who quit then re-joined later if they requested a new MC when restarting, and realized I had never covered this LOLAs such, I will update the Cards & Mastering guide with this info later today but to summarize: if you have a retired player's Producer Card or the old version of a player's Producer Card before they re-joined and received a new one, you can still use either/both in Special Masteries! They each count as a separate Producer Card but can still only be used in Special Masteries once. In the latter case (a player who quit then re-joined and got a new MC), you will need to manually re-name their old MC to mc-Name01 if you have it, then if/when you trade with them again and receive their new/current MC, the filename will be mc-Name as usual. If submitting a Special Mastery including an old version of a Producer Card then please make sure you include the full filename (e.g. "mc-Name01") to specify it's the previous MC and not the current one! Additionally, once Curtain Call opens, the Producer Cards of retired members and old versions of Producer Cards from members who quit then re-joined will be added so players who don't have those yet can claim them there. These will be replenished once they run out so everyone will have a chance to collect the MCs they may have missed out otherwise - but Curtain Call will be a future feature that'll be added later! GAME UPDATESA new week for submissions has started in Group Collect so if you have any kotoriminami-tropicalfruits cards that we don't have yet, please consider donating them to the current round! I've also started a new round of submissions for this month's Collab Stage as we still have lots of spots left and are already halfway through July. If you've already donated an image this month, you may donate another one now!There's also new rounds of Hit or Miss and Your Idol available as well, along with the results from the last round of each game! Don't forget to pick up your Hit or Miss rewards from its game listing on-site if you participated last week, while Dhee will send out the bonus rewards for both games (if any) and Your Idol rewards once she's able to. WISHING DETAILSFor Dhee's wish, the 8 choice cards you choose can only be from decks that have the following colours listed as their official deck colour: ORANGE, YELLOW, and BLUE (any combination of the colours is allowed). Do be careful you are selecting the correct decks when filling out the claiming form as the dropdowns will list every currently released deck even if they don't match the specified colours!For ALL wishes granted today, there will be no restrictions or limits on how many cards can be from the same deck this time so go crazy!  | Love when the consequences of my actions TCG NEWSThis is mostly just a round up of the various updates/notices I've posted over the week since last update so if you've been keeping up with those when I posted on the Discord, none of this should be new to you except for maybe something related to Taste Test - but if you were able to play that just fine since it was updated last week and didn't run into errors then this news won't matter to you either LOLTRADING REWARDS ERRORFirst up is about Training Activity Pages specifically: if you turned in any completed Trading Activity Pages between July 1st - July 3rd then please double check your site logs! Your rewards were likely still doubled from when I granted a wish last month for that because I forgot to revert it back to the normal rewards with the monthly update, so I will need to correct those logs and your currency count if this happened to you.If it did, please post in the profile errors reporting thread with the original log(s) + date(s) of the affected turn-ins, as well as a list of the cards you'd like to keep from the original cards given (you can only keep half the total amount of whatever you got - e.g. if you received 20 cards then you can only keep 10).
OTHER UPDATESThe Artist Merchandise Pre-Orders thread is now open so Legendary Idols can start requesting merch so we can have it made and ready to be stocked after September!There was also an error with Taste Test if you had picked Takoyaki - I forgot to add the currency value for that item alone when I last updated it so you would've gotten a partially loaded page as a result. It should be fixed now so go ahead and play it again, whether you stick with picking Takoyaki or choose something else! SPARKLING SENBATSU ELECTIONSFollowing last week's update and event announcement, the Support Activity Verification thread and the Master Vote Spreadsheet are now available for anyone who didn't see the Discord notice/is not part of the server!I've also separated the Donations task info/guidelines in the Fan Support Activities list so deck and graphic donations are now in their own sections for clarity, and further explained the vote breakdown for graphic donations in more detail. And lastly, the Event FAQ has also been updated with some questions I've received already. I'll add a reminder about how double donations works and the character limits to it as well later so everything is in one place to refer to! FREEBIESSince July 7th is Tanabata, everyone can take choice cards spelling TANABATA 77!
